Pacific Airshow Gold Coast (PAGC) today released the final flying display line-up for next weekend's air show, revealing that three headline US displays have withdrawn.

Headlined by the RAAF Roulettes, Matt Hall and the US Marines MV-22 Osprey demonstration team, the flying program also includes the home-built twin Yak 110, the Jetworks Marchetti S.211 jets, warbirds, aerobatics, military assets and the Freedom Formation Display Team.

According to PAGC, the expected Pacific F-16 display team, the US Navy Leap Frogs parachute team and a USAF C-5M Super Galaxy have withdrawn from the show for operational reasons.

PAGC runs along the beach at Surfers Paradise 18-20 August, with the flying displays on from 10.30 am every day. The organisers are hoping to duplicate the success of the original Pacific Airshow, which is held along Huntington Beach in California each year.
