Swiss business jet manufacturer Sirius has rebranded itself and relocated their headquarters to the USA.
The company will now be known as Stellar Aircraft and will operated from Delaware.
Stellar Aircraft said it began manufacturing the hydrogen-powered Stellar Jet earlier this month and expects a technology demonstrator to fly in June.
"This strategic step opens numerous opportunities for Stellar Aircraft, as the United States remains our key market," said company CEO Alexey Popov.
"The name Stellar Aircraft reflects greater potential for the company, offering flexibility and alignment with our vision for innovation and leadership in the aviation industry.
"As the world accelerates its transition to net-zero emissions, we are proud to lead the way with cutting-edge technologies and transformative solutions."
The Stellar Jet is a clean-sheet eVTOL design that uses a hydrogen-electric power train to drive 28 300-mm, 1-kN electric engines.
Performance projections show a cruise altitude of 25,000 feet at a speed of 280 knots, producing less than 60 db of noise.
Stellar Aircraft has said it will reveal the results of performance validation tests for the proprietary hydrogen fuel tank in February.
