The RAAF Roulettes are set to headline the air show program at Ausfly in September, highlighting the growing importance of the show to general aviation in Australia.
Ausfly is a national general aviation fly-in held at Narromine, NSW, this year on 4-6 September.
The PC-9 formation aerobatic team will display last in a flying schedule that includes Judy Pay's CAC-18 Mustang, Grumman Avenger, T-28 Trojan, Wirraway, Mark Pracy's L-39 Albatros and the Russian Roolettes Yak/CJ6 formation team.
One of the stalwarts of Ausfly and other shows around Australia, Paul Bennet, will make a significant contribution with his Avenger and Trojan warbids, and a high-energy aerobatic display in the dynamic and powerful Wolf Pitts biplane.
The flying schedule runs from 1.30 - 3.30 pm each day.
Ausfly will also host a full program of seminars including CASA, Airservices Australia, Sport Aircraft Association of Australia, product seminars and maintenance workshops.
The aviation expo on the ground this year looks to be the largest ever, with 37 companies signing-up to support the show so far.
The full flying program and exhibitor list, as well as fly-in details and accomodation are on the Ausfly website.
