Cessnock-based sales company KG Aviation will take on the agency for TL Ultralight aircraft in the northern states of Australia, according to an announcement coming ahead of Airventure later this month.
TL Ultralights Australia, based in Colac, Vic, will continue to represent the Czech-built aircraft in the southern states, working in partnership with KG.
KG Aviation's Gerard Kitt says he is excited about taking on the TL range.
“These are some of the best aircraft I’ve been involved with,” he says. “The RAAus market keeps growing and I can see the TL range making a big impact as they become more widely known in Australia.
"We are concentrating our focus on flight training facilities and new private owners, the aircraft are competitively priced, highly appointed, great on the eye and most of all they are fun and easy to fly."
TL Ultralights manufactures and sells the low-wing Sting S4, high-wing TL 3000 Sirius and the tandem retractable Stream.
“The Sirius and Sting are great training and touring platforms while the Stream allows LSA pilots to feel like a fighter jock with its tandem seating and jet trainer styling.”
The TL range is expected to feature strongly at Airventure Australia, which will be held at Cessnock Airport 20-22 September.
