Respect to these pilots! Landing on a frozen lake is probably an everyday (well maybe not every day) event where they come from, so they clearly know what they are doing, but judging the height above the ground is not so easy in these conditions as this video shows. There is a little hint how they do it at the start with the aircraft shadow, but other than that, there's not a lot to go by here.
