One of the US Navy's oldest strike fighter squadrons, VFA-31, The Tomcatters, shot this video on a recent deployment to the western Pacific region. Who doesn't love a good carrier ops video? In this one, The Tomcatters put their F/A-18s through their paces and can be watched as they link up with other types including F-35s and tankers. There's also some footage of recoveries in atrocious conditions. It's quite long at 11 minutes, but worth watching through if you have the time.
