Sydney Metro Airports, leaseholder of both Bankstown and Camden airports, has been re-branded as Aeria Management Group.
The new name was announced by Aeria yesterday.
Aeria Management Group CEO Daniel Jarosch said he was looking forward to the many future opportunities this change represents:
“Our vision is to create a thriving, diverse destination that connects aviation, business and community and we are proud to have a new name that reflects that, gives a sense of place as we continue on our exciting journey to become the ultimate gateway," he said.
The new brand will be applied right across the 300 ha site that covers Bankstown Airport and the surrounding non-aviation developments. Both Bankstown and Camden will be given new logos and branding that reflect the new name of the management company, but the names and designators of the airports will not change.
Aeria Management Group is owned by Aware Super, which brought the airport group in 2015.
