Has this thing got some grunt! This video shows the maiden flight of the Diamond DA50-JP7 on 19 January this year. The DA50 was first introduced with an Austro AE300 diesel in front, but the Austrian company has entered the single-engine turbo-prop market with this turbine-powered version.
